Yes. When you sign up for hosting with Urban Web Creation, your website build is completely free. The cost of designing and setting up your site is covered through your hosting plan over the first year.

If you cancel your hosting early, you’ll simply need to pay the remaining balance of your annual hosting commitment.

Formula:
Annual Commitment = Monthly Hosting Cost × 12 months
Amount Due if Cancelled Early = Monthly Hosting Cost × Months Remaining

This keeps things fair since the website build would normally be paid upfront.

If you leave before the 12-month commitment and want to take the website files with you, there is a small website release fee. This covers the development work that would normally have been charged upfront.

Because the website is built for free at the start, the development cost is normally recovered through the hosting over the first year. The release fee simply covers that work if the agreement ends early.
